These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by Allwyn Entertainment Financing (UK) PLC.
1. Digital Marketing Services
Allwyn Entertainment Financing (UK) PLC provides services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, and Social Media management. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Allwyn Entertainment Financing (UK) PLC reserves the right to pause or terminate marketing campaigns (including pausing Google Ads or Social Ads) if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe. Media spend (paid directly to platforms like Google/Facebook) is separate from agency management fees.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all creative assets and content produced specifically for them. Allwyn Entertainment Financing (UK) PLC retains the rights to our proprietary methodologies, tools, and pre-existing code libraries used to deliver the services.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our services often involve the use of third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). The client agrees to abide by the terms of service of these platforms. Allwyn Entertainment Financing (UK) PLC is not responsible for account suspensions or bans resulting from the platform's policy changes or algorithmic updates.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice, unless a specific contract term (e.g., 6 months) has been agreed upon in the SOW. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Allwyn Entertainment Financing (UK) PLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
